The Prospector offers 18 one bedroom units and one penthouse with amazing views. Our spacious one bedroom condos sleep six. They all have private decks with beautiful Aspen Mountain views. The primary bedroom has a king bed with its own bathroom. The second area has a queen Murphy bed and a private bath. The living room has a wood burning fireplace with a queen sofa bed for additional guests. The condos all have an efficiency with a refrigerator, sink, microwave and toaster oven. Please note we do not have AC in our units.

Deposit

A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required upon booking your reservation. Final payment is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival.

Limitations

This is a no smoking and no pet property – emotional support animals are not accepted. Minimum night stay rules apply.
Max occupancy is 6, 4 is standard occupancy.
There is a $25 per night, per person extra person charge for the 5^th and 6^th guest in a room.
Rates subject to change.

Cancellation

In the event that you cancel more than thirty (30) days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded less a $50 handling charge. Cancellation within thirty (30) days of arrival will be a full forfeit unless the unit is re-rented.

Amenities

You are located in the middle of town with stunning views across Wagner Park to Aspen Mountain. All of our units are fully furnished and come fully equipped for a relaxing vacation. Enjoy your own private sauna or a soak in your own private hot tub (first floor only), all from your private deck facing Aspen Mountain and Wagner Park. Relax in front of the real wood burning fireplace located in your living room, while watching the snow fall. Washers/dryers and ice machine are available to all guests.
